As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

I am a Business Coach with enthusiastic will to help organizations and individuals to succeed. My approach to change management and organizational improvement is through Outside-In philosophy and Customer Expectation Management (CEM) method. As part of this method we will go through the Successful Customer Outcomes of the organization and align the business processes to those. From individual perspective, I use coaching to help people to succeed in their goals and endeavors through resources within themselves.

John Maxwell Team - Founding Member My educational background is in work informatics and information technology. I am also writing Ph.D. thesis on business process management capabilities (BPMC). Academic education has helped me to connect the dots between work, people and technology to make optimum combination of needed capabilities. I am also giving out public speeches on these subjects and teach in local business schools at times.

I have several certifications in helping with organizational and individual advancement. I did Certified Process Professional (CPP) training in 2009 with BPGroup.org and have been doing consultation based on CEM method after that. I have done also Certified Coach Training towards ICF accreditation and I am part of John C. Maxwell’s Founder’s Circle coaching. I came across John’s work through his literature years ago and am now proud to be taught by one of the greatest Christian business people in contemporary world.
