Work Experience

As an employee I am very hard-working and reliable and I am able to work under pressure, if schedules get busy. I can function as a part of a team or work alone as self-directed employee. I am good customer service person and do my job as efficiently and professional as possible. I have also good sense of humour and open mind towards new things and people, which makes me able to work with different kinds of people. I have been travelling a lot, so I am familiar with self-organising and coping with different cultures and languages. All my previous employers have been satisfied with my work effort and are happy to recommend me, if necessary.

My motto is to: "Help organizations and individuals to succeed". I understand that in contemporary business world customer service, keeping costs in order and increasing revenue are all important matters, which can be improved by customer experience management. And while we work on improving the business processes of an organization, we must not forget the individuals that are behind the success. I see that combining the best aspects of both organizational and individual development we can make successful 21st century organizations that do not go under, when economical times get difficult.

Affecto Finland Oy, Business Coach, 1.2.2010 - for now
I work as a business process management and pre-sales consultant at Affecto Finland Oy. My work consists of improving business process and customer expectation management as well as designing elegant solutions to customer's business problems. I am also writing Ph.D. dissertation work about business process management capabilities. As part of improving business processes I also help individuals to succeed through coaching. The work relationship is permanent.

Affecto Finland Oy, Java Team Leader and Enterprise Architect, 27.10.2007 - 31.1.2010
I was responsible person for Affecto Turku's Java team. I developed business processes and combined the possibilites of Information Technology with them. I also gathered requirements and designed Java software. The work relationship was permanent. My focus was shifting from software designing more to the organizational business development and individual coaching, so we changed my title and focus.

Satama Interactive Plc., Software Engineer, 1.3.2005 - 26.10.2007
My role was to design and implement Internet software in given contexts. My main tools were PHP and Java. I also did Google AdWords Qualified Individual certification while working at Satama. The work relationship was permanent. I changed my workplace to Affecto, because Satama was changed under new ownership and management.

Corporate Image Oy, Systems Specialist, 18.12.2003 - 28.2.2005
My tasks were to design and implement software with PHP and .NET frameworks. I also system administrated company's Windows and Linux servers. The work relationship was permanent. CCC Industry Oy, Software Analyst, 18.03.2002 - 31.8.2003
My role at CCC was to implement software with J2EE framework. I also did my Bachelor's thesis for CCC's customer about packaging bookkeeping. Main tools besides the J2EE were Oracle databases. The work relationship was temporary and ended as was agreed. More information about CCC.
